Free door gift!!! Spinning Elmo with flashing lights! My head was already spinning from the free tickets. When the guy told him this is free, I nearly fainted. Not used to getting so many free stuffs..
She's so excited over it. It lasted about 5 minutes before she got bored. Sigh...
The show was suppose to start at 7pm. We reached about 6.30 as it was free seating. The auditorium was getting filled up by about 6.50pm. The show started on time at 7pm which was pretty new to me.
Lights off to welcome the arrival of the Sesame Street Muppets!
First one out is Rosita.
Then comes Grover.
Zoe and Cookie Monster.
Ah... the star of the day.... ELMO! The loudest screams were reserved for him. In fact, this show resembles a live concert of super idols except that the screams came from little kiddos. And boy, can they scream! Notice how I know all their names? Ah... the education that your kid can pass along to you. Proves that you are never too old to learn.
That's the full cast of the show. Can't expect too much since it is a free show. Most of her favorite characters are there already except for Big Bird.
She's warming up slowly to the screaming.
All good things must come to an end.
Finally got up and go after promising her we will be back tomorrow. In fact, she enjoyed the show on the 2nd day more. She was not used to the noise on the first day and it took her some time to warm up to the loud screams and cheers. I'm so glad that we acted in true blue Singaporean blood and took tickets for both days.
